About Zane
Hi I'm Zane!
As a Mental Performance Coach I help performers thrive amongst the obstacles that life brings.
I do this through extensive experience and qualifications in the fields of sport, coaching and performance psychology. I am a former professional rugby player, an ex physical education teacher, former Rugby Coach and have a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology.
I am currently the Mental Skills Coach for Bay of Plenty Rugby, Magic Netball, Ten Pin Bowling NZ and I have been working with some of the worlds best E-Sports teams.
My strengths lie in preparing athletes for consistent performance under pressure, developing a flexible and optimal performance mindset for individuals and teams, as well as engaging athletes with a realistic plan dedicated to helping them achieve their dreams.
I am a keen Surfer, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu player, a slow runner and parent of 2 kids!
