Great tool for my teen boys and there sports ;-)
Excellent idea, gave to my teenage daughter and suggested she have a look to see if it might help her with goal setting and coping with her doubts when she is playing sport. She has enjoyed reading it and has taken time to write in the book and put in words the barriers she faces when competing. Great to have a tool she can use to reflect on.
