This book is designed as an introduction in some of the essential foundations young athletes need in order to develop a strong and resilient mind. The book helps teens navigate sporting life from value-based perspective and motivates them to approach things with courage and a willingness to embrace the uncomfortable moments that life brings us.

This Journal is created by Zane Winslade, Zane is a former professional athlete with an MA in Sport Psychology.  He has many years experience delivering resilience training programmes for youth, working with elite athletes, teaching and coaching.

Mental Toughness Journal

Excellent idea, gave to my teenage daughter and suggested she have a look to see if it might help her with goal setting and coping with her doubts when she is playing sport. She has enjoyed reading it and has taken time to write in the book and put in words the barriers she faces when competing. Great to have a tool she can use to reflect on.
